(1) Update on the Second Line of Swift Bus Rapid Transit (2) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Priority and Subordination Agreement for the Silver Lake Cottages and to sign necessary documents, as approved by the City Attorney's Office, to implement the Agreement substantially in the form provided. (3) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement to Confirm Subordination of City Loan Documents for the Silver Woods Apartments and to sign necessary documents, as approved by the City Attorney's Office, to implement the Agreement substantially in the form provided. CONSENT ITEMS: (4) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,578,306.76 for the period of May 9, 2015 through May 15, 2015. (5) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of$4,181,781.65 for the period ending May 2, 2015. (6) Authorize Request for Proposals 2015-044 for Annual HVAC Maintenance & Repair Services. (7) Authorize the closure of Grand Avenue, 33rd to 34th Street, for a Block party on June 20, 2015, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., sponsored by the Purpose Church of Everett. PUBLIC HEARING: (8) CB 1505-14 — 3rd and final Reading —Adopt the Proposed Ordinance amending the Zoning Code to allow storage and maintenance facilities for public transportation agencies as a Special Property Use in the B-2 (Community Business) zone, amending Section 4 of Ordinance No. 1671-89 and Section 36 of Ordinance No. 2397-99, as amended (EMC Title 19, Zoning).
