ACTION ITEMS: (9) Authorize the Mayor to sign a contract with Medic Sales and Repair Inc. in the amount of $65.52, including Washington State sales tax. (10) Authorize the Mayor to sign the contracts with ABC Rentals for equipment rentals for 4th of July and Sorticulture festivities for a total amount of$2819.46, including Washington State sales tax. (11) Award Bid for the 2015 Federal Overlay Project, to Granite Construction Company, the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, in the amount of$4,776,482.62. (12) Authorize the Mayor to sign Regional Insertion Order Agreement with National CineMedia, LLC for surface water protection cinema advertisements in the amount not to exceed $4,536.00 (13) Approve the Lawsuit Settlement to provide Fabian Ramirez, minor child of Martin Ramirez, deceased, compensation in the amount of$30,000.00. (14) Adopt Resolution authorizing the recovery of abatement costs pursuant to EMC 1.20.090 at 1611 24th Street, Everett, Washington in the amount of$10,745.00.
