4 <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of$400,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 354,Program 045,"Howarth Park <br /> Pedestrian Bridge Repair"as follows: <br /> A.Estimated Costs $400,000 <br /> Design,Engineering, and Construction <br /> Total Estimated Costs $400,000 <br /> S.
