Amount Budgeted $100,000 Expenditure Required $0 Account Number(s): 401 5600 109 923 410 Budget Remaining $10,000 Additional Required $0 DETAILED SUMMARY STATEMENT: On June 27th, 2006 the City entered into an on-call contract with CH2M HILL to utilize the sewer hydraulic model to evaluate and make recommendations to the City with respect to individual sewer replacement projects throughout the sewer service area. The City desires the Consultant to continue providing the City with on-call modeling services in addition to assisting the City in converting its existing sewer model to run on the newly acquired sewer software (INFOSWMM). This Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with CH2M Hill extends the completion date of the contract from December 31, 2007 to June 30th 2008. This Supplemental Agreement No. 2 does not change the dollar amount or Scope of Services of the Professional Services Agreement.
