' SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 2 <br /> 1 0 To <br /> PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> This agreement entered into this day of , by and between the <br /> City of Everett, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Washington (City) <br /> and CH2M Hill (Contractor). <br /> Witneseth: <br /> • <br /> Whereas the City and Contractor entered into an agreement on June 27th, 20061 entitled <br /> "Professional Services Agreement" (Agreement) between the City of Everett and CH2M Hill, to <br /> provide on-call hydraulic modeling services for the City of Everett; and <br /> Whereas the City and Contractor had signed Supplemental Agreement No. 1 on April 9th, 2007; <br /> and <br /> Whereas the City and Contractor desire to supplement the Agreement for the purpose of <br /> providing additional hydraulic modeling services and assistance in the conversion of the City's <br /> sewer hydraulic model; <br /> Now therefore, the City and Contractor do mutually agree as follows: <br /> All provisions in the Agreement shall remain in effect except as expressly modified by this <br /> supplement.
