SGF Grant Agreement No. G0800312 <br /> between the Washington State Department of Ecology and the <br /> City of Everett <br /> Project: Marshlands Sub-Area Plan <br /> r., <br /> • Obtain existing base information and planned improvements for existing roads, trails, <br /> railroad, flood control, and utility infrastructure from the City, County, BNSF, Marshland <br /> Flood Control District, and private utility companies including Puget Sound Energy and <br /> others with utilities in the Project area. <br /> • Obtain information on known cultural resources by visiting the Department of <br /> Archaeology and Historic Preservation (DAHP) in Olympia to review records and <br /> determine if there are known archaeological or historic sites in the Project area. <br /> Contact the County and Tribes for potential known historic sites in the Project area. <br /> 3.2: Using the information described above, develop draft criteria for review to conduct a <br /> GIS-based suitability analysis of the following land uses: <br /> • Fish and wildlife habitat preservation and restoration <br /> • Active and passive recreation <br /> • Agriculture <br /> • Transportation and utility infrastructure <br /> 3.3: Develop draft Marshland Subarea Plan Goals and Objectives based on review of <br /> existing documents and Section 4.15 of the Everett Shoreline Master Program. <br /> 3.4: Present draft Marshland Subarea Plan Goals and Objectives, project schedule, and <br /> draft suitability criteria to the Project Stakeholder Group at one meeting and obtain <br /> feedback. Discuss Expanded SEPA Scoping and integrated GMA/SEPA process. <br /> Conduct meeting to follow Expanded SEPA Scoping procedures. <br /> 3.5: Present revised draft Marshland Subarea Plan Goals and Objectives, and draft <br /> suitability criteria to the public at one meeting. Discuss Expanded SEPA Scoping and <br /> integrated GMA/SEPA process. Conduct meeting to follow Expanded SEPA Scoping <br /> procedures.
