EVERETT <br /> WASHINGTON <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> An Ordinance amending Ordinance No.3661-19 entitled "Everett Fire Administration Building Tenant <br /> Improvements Projects", Fund 342, Program 027,to accumulate the design and construction costs for <br /> the project in the amount of$1,600,000.00. <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> A. The City Council has recognized the need for tenant improvements for the Everett Administration <br /> Building located at 2801 Oakes Avenue. <br /> B. Ordinance No. 3661-19 was established as Fund 342, Program 027 entitled "Everett Fire <br /> Administration Building Tenant Improvements Project" to accumulate design costs for the <br /> project. <br /> C. Additional funding is required to complete the project. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1. Section 3 of Ordinance No.3482-16 which reads as follows: <br /> The sum of$110,000.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 342, Program 027, "Everett Fire Administration <br /> Building Tenant Improvements Project". <br /> A. Use of Funds <br /> Design and Construction Administration $ 110,000.00 <br /> Total $ 110,000.00 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> CIP 1 $ 110,000.00 <br /> C. The appropriation shall not lapse, but shall be carried forward from year to year until fully <br /> expended or the purpose has been accomplished or abandoned without the necessity of re- <br /> appropriation. <br /> Be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> The sum of$1,600,000.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 342, Program 027"Everett Fire Administration <br />
