' y 6 <br /> (f) A corporation, unless all officers and <br /> directors thereof shall be qualified to obtain a license as <br /> provided herein. Such license shall be issued to the same <br /> person whose name appears on, or the person responsible to the <br /> Washington State Liquor Control Board for, the license issued <br /> by that Board for the premises . <br /> (g) Premises holding a license for and con- <br /> ducting a licensed card room. <br /> Section 4. No license for dancing shall be issued unless <br /> the dance area shall be not less than 400 square feet and not less <br /> than 10 feet from side to side, except Class H Premises, in which <br /> case the floor space requirements shall be as established by the <br /> Washington State Liquor Control Board subject to approval of the <br /> City Council . <br /> Section 5. TYe space used and allocated for dancing must <br /> be kept clear of all objects, fixtures or furniture at all times . <br /> Lighting density in all cabaret dancing area will be governed <br /> by rules and regulations of the Washington State Liquor Control <br /> Board, and failure to so comply will constitute a violation of <br /> this Ordinance. <br /> Section 6 . Application for a cabaret license shall be made <br /> to the City Clerk, together with a receipt from the Treasurer <br /> from said City for the amount of the license in full . Upon re- <br /> ceipt of such application the facts relative thereto shall be <br /> transmitted to the Chief of Police, who shall immediately in- <br /> vestigate such premises . The Chief of Police shall report to <br /> the City Council the result of his investigation relative to the <br /> character of the proposed licensed premises and the conduct of <br /> patrons thereof. After due consideration of such information, <br /> if the City council shall deem that the issuance of license to <br /> such premises shall be for the best interest of the community, <br /> they shall so advise the City Clerk, who shall thereupon issue <br /> such license . If, however, it shall be determined by the City <br /> Council, from such investigation by the Chief of Police, that <br /> the issue of such license would be opposed to the best interest <br /> of the community, they shall so advise theCity Clerk, <br /> - 2 - <br />
