who shall thereupon deny such license, The action of the City <br /> Council shall be final. <br /> Section 7 . The fee for such cabaret license shall be One <br /> Hundred Dollars ($100 .00) per year . Each license shall expire <br /> on the 31st day of December of each year and shall be renewed <br /> annually. <br /> Section 8. A person capable of maintaining order shall be <br /> in attendance at all times on each premises for which a cabaret <br /> dance license is issued under this ordinance . This person will <br /> be responsible for refusing admission to intoxicated persons and <br /> removing unruly and/or intoxicated persons from their premises . <br /> Section 9. The City Council reserves unto itself the power <br /> to revoke any license under the provisions of this ordinance <br /> at any time that investigation shows the license was procured <br /> by fraud or false representation of fact; or for the violation <br /> of, or failure to comply with, any of the provisions of this <br /> ordinance by the person holding such license or any of his ser- <br /> vants, agents or employees; or any crime or offence involving moral <br /> turpitude committed on the premises in which the cabaret is con- <br /> ducted; or in the event that it is determined that the further <br /> operation of said cabaret would be detrimental to the public <br /> peace, health or welfare of the City of Everett . <br /> Before revoking any such license the City <br /> Council shall, upon at least ten (10) days notice to the licensee, <br /> hold a hearing concerning such revocation, at which time the li—• <br /> censee shall be entitled to be heard and introduce the testimony <br /> of witnesses . The action of the City Council after such hear- <br /> ing, relative to such revocation, shall be final . <br /> Section 10. All such licensed premises shall be conducted <br /> in a quiet and orderly manner and as provided by the Washington <br /> State liquor Control Act and shall be subject to any rules or <br /> regulations of the Washington State Liquor Control Board re- <br /> lating to the sale of intoxicating liquors . <br /> - 3 - <br />
