6. Storm water shall be managed in accordance with the City's 2010 Storm water Management Manual". <br /> 7. Surface water: The project is in the combined sewer area and redevelops more than 2,000 S.F.of impervious <br /> area;therefore compliance with interim policy 2-11 is required. Storm water shall be controlled according to <br /> the requirements of 2010 storm water manual and minimum requirements 1-5 apply. Provide on-site storm <br /> water management(min requirement#5)to extent feasible. Do not connect roof drain directly to the side <br /> sewer or lateral.Provide information on site plan showing existing and proposed drainage features and where <br /> surface water will discharge from the site. <br /> 8. Approval of construction plans will require demonstration that all pertinent standards and regulations are met. <br /> 9. A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet but not closer than 50 feet of every structure. <br /> 10. A fire hydrant is required within 350 driving feet of every structure. The hydrant(s) must meet City <br /> specifications. <br /> 11. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. Dust suppression and street <br /> cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br /> 12. Lack of comment on the plans submitted with the application does not constitute approval of these plans. <br /> 13. As-builts of storm sewer,sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to be submitted per City Design <br /> and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development. <br /> 14. Walkways must be provided from the building entrance to the public sidewalk. <br /> 15.
