The construction site has the following characteristics: New or Replaced Non Pollution Generating Impervious: 2,930 sf New or Replaced Pollution Generating Impervious Surface: 1,980 sf Total New+ Replaced Impervious: 4,910 sf Replaced impervious hardscape: 1,200 sf Impervious converted to landscape -200 sf Disturbed Area: 0.16 ac, including frontage Soil Type: Vashon Till Average Slope: <5% Critical Areas: None 1. CONSTRUCTION STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION ELEMENTS A Construction Storm water Management Plan has been prepared as part of the construction drawings and is submitted for review and approval by the City of Everett. The 12 Required Elements are addressed as follows: Element#1: Mark Clearing Limits The construction plans delineate the limits of the clearing for the site. These will be located in the field prior to clearing taking place. Element#2: Establish Construction Access A construction access is provided. Element#3: Control Flow Rates The ultimate storm system shall be places as early in the construction sequence as practicable and may be used to control flows. Element#4: Install Sediment Controls The construction sequence lists the schedule for installation of erosion control measures. Element#5: Stabilize Soils In planting areas the exposed soils will be stabilized per the Landscape Plan prepared for the project. The building and parking shall stabilize most of the site.
