There are no
wetland and/or associated buffers located on the Proposed Lot. The proposed lot boarders and takes
access from Pinehurst Avenue along the south property line, and boarders other adjacent parcels along
the west, north and east property lines.
Task 4: Describe the drainage system, and its existing and predicted problems
No significant problems were identified during the onsite investigation. The topography of this site slopes
from the north to the south. There are no wetlands and/or associated buffers located on this site.
The drainage basin and downstream analysis can be found in Appendix 1C.
