Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan 5.0 Pollution Prevention Team 5.1 Roles and Responsibilities The pollution prevention team consists of personnel responsible for implementation of the SWPPP, including the following: • Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead (CESCL)—primary contractor contact, responsible for site inspections(BMPs, visual monitoring, sampling, etc.);to be called upon in case of failure of any ESC measures. • Resident Engineer—For projects with engineered structures only (sediment ponds/traps, sand filters,etc.): site representative for the owner that is the project's supervising engineer responsible for inspections and issuing instructions and drawings to the contractor's site supervisor or representative • Emergency Ecology Contact—individual to be contacted at Ecology in case of emergency.
