.. • NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ,ORDAIN: 'CitySection 1: That the portion of street and alley in thq City of Everett, County of Snohomish, State of Washington, described as follows, to-wit: South twenty feet of Thirteenth Street, from Norton Avenue west for approximately 2 .240 feet M/L to the top step of the bulkhead and described as follows: The south 20 feet of the following described tract: Commence at the monument at the intersection of Grand Avenue and 14th Street; thence westerly and following the monument line of 14th Street produced for 586 .45 feet M/L to the westerly line of the old Northern Pacific Railway right of way; thence angle right 88°37' and follow- , t ing the said westerly line of the old Northern Pacific Railway right of way for 333.10 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence angle left 88°37' for 2250.25 feet M/L to the Government Pierhead Line; thence angle right 93°33' 50" and following said Government Pierhead Line north- easterly for 100.19 feet; thence angle right 86°26' 10" for 2415.06 feet M/L to the westerly line of Norton Avenue; thence angle right 88°07' 30" and following the westerly line of Norton Avenue for 100.05 ft .
