ICITY OF EVERETT EVERETT Public Works WASHINGTON ADDENDUM NO. 1 I TO SEWER 0 UTILITY UPGRADES W.O. # UP-3691 MAY 12, 2020 NOTICE TO PLANHOLDERS: Addendum No. 1 contains the following revisions, additions, deletions and clarifications and is hereby made a part of the contract documents for the above named Project and shall be considered by all prospective bidders in submitting bids. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of Addendum No. 1 in the space provided on page SP-29 in Division P, Proposal Form. Failure to comply with this requirement may render the Bid non- responsive and may cause its rejection. This Addendum consists of 112 pages, including all revisions, and attachments. The Bid date, time and location for receipt of Bids are unchanged by this Addendum. THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ARE MODIFIED AS FOLLOWS: ' Bid Descriptions- Replace page SP-20. The following bid description has been added: Bid Item 104 and 105: Baseline COVID-19 Requirements Measurement and Payment: Lump Sum (LS) The lump sum bid for Baseline COVID-19 Requirements shall constitute complete compensation for all of Contractor's costs necessary for the duration of the Work for compliance with Baseline COVID-19 Requirements. PROPOSAL— Replace pages SP-21 through SP-28, per the attached. The following items have been added: Page SP-25 and SP-27: Lump sum bid items 104 and 105 for Baseline COVID-19 Requirements have been added to the Bid Schedule. DIVISION 1 - GENERAL REQUIREMENTS — Replace pages SP-45 through SP-140, per the attached.
