0 <br /> June 24, 2020 <br /> Council Member Stonecipher announced that the Council is still abiding by COVID- <br /> 19 shelter-in-place and social distancing orders, and as a result, City Council <br /> meetings will continue to be held remotely with all meetings scheduled at 12:30 <br /> p.m. each Wednesday, except the first Wednesday of the month when the <br /> meeting is scheduled at 6:30 p.m. Citizens are encouraged to call or email public <br /> comments. To speak under Public Comment during the meeting, calls are <br /> accepted one-half hour before the start of the meeting by calling 1.425.616.3920, <br /> Conference ID 369 827 878#. Upon roll call, it was found <br /> that Mayor Franklin and Council Members Roberts, Moore, Murphy, Vogeli, <br /> Bader, and Stonecipher were present. President Tuohy was excused. <br /> The minutes of the June 17, 2020, City Council meeting were approved as printed. <br /> • <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin stated there has been an uptick in COVID-19 cases in Snohomish <br /> County. She reminded citizens to be cautious and careful during the ongoing <br /> pandemic. She noted that Governor Inslee mandated that everyone wear face <br /> coverings when out in public. She stated that at this time, it is unknown when <br /> Phase 3 of reopening the economy will begin, but for Snohomish County to apply <br /> for Phase 3, we all need to be vigilant. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Bader provided a liaison report from the Pinehurst <br /> Neighborhood meeting held Tuesday evening.
