1 These goals are applicable to each nonexempt Contractor's total on-site construction ' <br /> 2 workforce, regardless of whether or not part of that workforce is performing work on <br /> 3 a Federal, or federally assisted project, contract, or subcontract until further notice. I <br /> 4 Compliance with these goals and time tables is enforced by the Office of Federal <br /> 5 Contract compliance Programs. <br /> 6 I 7 The Contractor's compliance with the Executive Order and the regulations in 41 CFR <br /> 8 Part 60-4 shall be based on its implementation of the Equal Opportunity Clause, <br /> 9 specific affirmative action obligations required by the specifications set forth in 41 1 <br /> 10 CFR 60-4.3(a), and its efforts to meet the goals. The hours of minority and female <br /> 11 employment and training must be substantially uniform throughout the length of the <br /> 12 contract, in each construction craft and in each trade, and the Contractor shall make <br /> 13 a good faith effort to employ minorities and women evenly on each of its projects. ' <br /> 14 The transfer of minority or female employees or trainees from Contractor to <br /> 15 Contractor or from project to project for the sole purpose of meeting the Contractor's <br /> 16 goal shall be a violation of the contract, the Executive Order and the regulations in 111 <br /> 17 41 CFR Part 60-4. Compliance with the goals will be measured against the total <br /> 18 work hours performed. <br /> 19 I 20 3. The Contractor shall provide written notification to the Office of Federal Contract <br /> 21 Compliance Programs (OFCCP)within 10 working days of award of any construction <br /> 22 subcontract in excess of $10,000 or more that are Federally funded, at any tier for I <br /> 23 construction work under the contract resulting from this solicitation. The notification <br /> 24 shall list the name, address and telephone number of the Subcontractor; employer <br /> 25 identification number of the Subcontractor; estimated dollar amount of the ' <br /> 26 subcontract; estimated starting and completion dates of the subcontract; and the <br /> 27 geographical area in which the contract is to be performed.
