If the work involves the <br /> 7 transport of pollutants, the automobile liability policy shall include MCS 90 and CA 99 48 <br /> 8 endorsements. <br /> 9 <br /> 10 Such policy must provide the following minimum limit: <br /> 11 $1,000,000 Combined single limit each accident <br /> 12 <br /> 13 1-07.18(5)C Workers' Compensation <br /> 14 The Contractor shall comply with Workers' Compensation coverage as required by the <br /> 15 Industrial Insurance laws of the State of Washington. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 1-07.18(5)D.RTF.DOCX <br /> 18 1-07.18(5)D Excess or Umbrella Liability <br /> 19 (January 4, 2016 APWA GSP) ' <br /> 20 <br /> 21 The Contractor shall provide Excess or Umbrella Liability insurance with limits of not less than <br /> 22 $2 million each occurrence and annual aggregate.
