Transportation of hazardous materials away from any site related to this project. <br /> 8 <br /> 9 All entities listed under 1-07.18(2) of these Special Provisions shall be named by <br /> 10 endorsement as additional insureds on the Contractors Pollution Liability insurance policy. <br /> 11 <br /> 12 Such Pollution Liability policy shall provide the following minimum limits: <br /> 13 $2,000,000 each loss and annual aggregate <br /> 14 <br /> 15 1-07.18(5)K.RTF <br /> 16 1-07.18(5)K Professional Liability <br /> 17 (January 4, 2016 APWA GSP) <br /> 18 <br /> 19 The Contractor and/or its Subcontractor(s) and/or its design consultant providing <br /> 20 construction management, value engineering, or any other design-related non-construction <br /> 21 professional services shall provide evidence of Professional Liability insurance covering <br /> 22 professional errors and omissions. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 Such policy shall provide the following minimum limits: <br /> 25 $1,000,000 per claim and annual aggregate <br /> 26 <br /> 27 If the scope of such design-related professional services includes work related to pollution <br /> 28 conditions, the Professional Liability insurance shall include coverage for Environmental <br /> 29 Professional Liability. <br /> 30 <br /> 1 31 If insurance is on a claims made form, its retroactive date, and that of all subsequent <br /> 32 renewals, shall be no later than the effective date of this Contract. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 1-07.23.GR1 <br /> 35 Public Convenience and Safety <br /> 36 <br /> 37 1-07.23(1).GR1 <br /> 38 Construction Under Traffic <br /> 39 <br /> 40 1-07.23(1),INST1.GR1 <br /> 41 Section 1-07.23(1) is supplemented with the following: <br /> 42 <br /> 43 1-07.23(1).OPT2.GR1 <br /> 44 (February 3, 2020) <br /> 45 Work Zone Clear Zone <br /> 46 The Work Zone Clear Zone (WZCZ) applies during working and nonworking <br /> 47 hours. The WZCZ applies only to temporary roadside objects introduced by the <br /> 48 Contractor's operations and does not apply to preexisting conditions or <br /> 49 permanent Work.
