Regardless of which format used, the schedule shall identify the critical <br /> 3 path. The Engineer will evaluate the Type A Progress Schedule and approve or return the III <br /> 4 schedule for corrections within 15 calendar days of receiving the submittal. <br /> 5 <br /> 6 COE 1-08.4.DOCX <br /> 7 1-08.4 Prosecution of Work <br /> 8 <br /> 9 Delete this section and replace it with the following: <br /> 10 <br /> 11 1-08.4 Notice to Proceed and Prosecution of Work <br /> 12 (City of Everett) <br /> 13 <br /> 14 Notice to Proceed will be given after the contract has been executed and the contract <br /> 15 bond and evidence of insurance have been approved and filed by the Contracting <br /> 16 Agency. The Contractor shall not commence with the work until the Notice to Proceed <br /> 17 has been given by the Engineer. I <br /> 26 Upon construction of the fencing, the Contractor shall request the Engineer to inspect the <br /> 27 fence.
