fj gip•. .,V... „4.M - .i ,A - i4 S 7'``. `, t.=' .. y. d+ ORDINANCE NO. 3977. ` AN ORDINANCE providing for the improvement of: COLBY AVENUE - on both sides of the street, from 41st Street to 52nd 'Street 45TH STREET - on the north side of the street, from Hoyt Avenue to Colby Avenue, and on the south side of the street, from the alley west of Colby Avenue to Colby Avenue 47TH STREET - on the north side of the street, from the alley west of Colby Avenue to Colby Avenue ° 50TH STREET - on both sides of the street, from the alley west of Colby Avenue to Colby Avenue 52ND STREET - on the north side of the street, from the alley west of Colby Avenue to Colby Avenue by the construction of an Asphaltic concrete pavement (48 feet in width, including gutters) on Colby Avenue only; by the con- struction of 4" Portland cement concrete sidewalks, by the con- struction of Portland cement concrete curbs and gutters, by the installation of necessary drainage facilities, by the con- struction or reconstruction, where necessary, of all sewers, ' side sewers, water mains, and hydrants with necessary appurten- ances, by such grading or regrading as may be necessary and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection there- with to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with plans to be prepared by the City Engineer, and in accordance with Resolution No. 6575 of the City of Everett, creating a Local Improvement District; creating a Local Improvement District . fund therefor; and providing for the payment of said improvement by special assessments on the property in said district under the mode of payment by bonds, and by contribution by the City of Everett. WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 6575 the City of Everett City Council has declared its intention to order the improve- ment as above outlined and do all work in connection therewith to make a complete improvement in accordance with the plans and specifications of the City Engineer of the - City of Everett; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1 : That an improvement be made of: COLEY AVENUE - on both sides of the street, from 41st Street to 52nd Street 45TH STREET - on the north side of the street, from Hoyt Avenue to Colby Avenue, and on the south side of the street, from the alley west of Colby Avenue to Colby Avenue
