B. PERMITTED USES: <br /> 1. R-1 Permitted Uses <br /> 1i <br /> ! 2. Home occupations <br /> 3. Churches, provided that the principal buildings shall be located <br /> thirty-five feet or more from any other lot in any residential zone. <br /> 4. Duplexes when providing seven thousand five hundred square <br /> feet of lot area. <br /> 5. Conversions as specified under Section 15. 04. 210 <br /> is <br /> 6. One non-illuminated sign not exceeding two square feet in area <br /> placed flat against the buildings, for each dwelling containing a home <br /> j occupation.
