Monuments: Monuments shall be placed at all street <br /> intersectiops; .boundary•,angle points, points of curves instreets, <br /> and at such• intermediate points as shall be required by the city <br /> engineer; All monuments shall be City of Everett standard monu- <br /> ments, Street monuments shall be set between six inches and one <br /> foot .below official finished' sCtzeet grades and in paved streets <br /> shall be enclosed in a standard Monument case . Monuments shall <br /> be placed in an offset position from the center line of the <br /> street at the discretion of the city engineer . <br /> G. The water distribution system design regarding loca- <br /> tion, depth, pipe diameters and materials shall be subject to <br /> approval by the city superintendent and shall be installed either I <br /> ! by the city water department or under the supervision of the water! <br /> ! superintendent . All cost incurred to be borne by the property <br /> benefited or paid directly by the subdivider. The number, sizes, <br /> types and location of fire hydrants shall be subject to approval <br /> by the fire chief of the city. <br /> H. The subdivision shall be provided with a complete ' <br /> ,j sanitary sewer system providing a public sewer main is available <br /> within eight hundred feet of the proposed subdivision . The <br /> ' sanitary system shall be designed and installed in accordance <br /> with the standards and under the supervision of the city engineer . <br /> If a public sewer main is not available within eight hundred feet <br /> of the proposed subdivision, the subdivider shall obtain written ' <br /> approval from the Snohomish Health District to the effect that <br /> proposed lot sizes, soil conditions, topography, etc . , are suitable <br /> for septic tanks installed . All tests, inspection and admin- <br /> istrative cost shall be paid by the subdivider . <br /> I .
