's to the individual tracts, lots and parcels to insure uniform contruction standards and thereby protect and assure the economical and safe operation of the sewer utility constructed as provided for in said Ordinance No. 3712, as amended . E . There shall be acquired, constructed and installed in the sewage pumping stations and force mains being constructed along Port Gardner between CROWN DRIVE and EVERETT AVENUE, as provided for in Ordinance No. 3712, as amended by Ordinance No. 3768, addi- tional pumps and transmission line capacity to permit the trans- mission of the sewage collected in the areas now annexed to the city and served by the trunk interceptors . F. The city shall acquire adequate storage yards and maintenance shops to provide storage for equipment and supplies as needed to operate and maintain the sewer utility. The city shall acquire all materials, equipment, real and personal property or interest therein, easements, franchises and rights of way necessary to carry out the above-described plans . It is hereby further provided that such plans shall be subject to such additions or changes as to detail or other changes not affecting the main general plans as hereinbefore set forth as may be authorized by the City Council, either prior to or during the actual course of construction. Section 2. The estimated cost of acquiring, constructing and installing such additions and improvements to and extensions of the system of sewerage of the city is hereby declared to be, as near as may be, the sum of $4, 200,000, which cost shall be provided from the issuance and sale of sewer revenue bonds of the city in the principal sum of not to exceed $4,200,000 . 9.
