<br /> less, south of the intersection of THOMSON AVENUE

<br /> point 200 feet, more or less , west of the inter-
<br /> section of 46TH STREET and CRESCENT AVENUE;
<br /> SILVERTIP LANE and easements , from a point 80
<br /> feet, more or less, north of the intersection
<br /> of SILVERTIP LANE and 47TH STREET, to the inter-
<br /> section of SILVERTIP LANE, extended, and 46TH
<br /> STREET; MARBLE LANE and easements, from a point
<br /> 60 feet, more or less, north of the intersection
<br /> of MARBLE LANE and 47TH STREET to the intersec-
<br /> tion of MARBLE LANE, extended, and 46TH STREET;
<br /> the alley which is parallel to and 160 feet, more
<br /> or less, east of FEDERAL STREET, from a point 100
<br /> feet, more or less , south of TEMPLE DRIVE, ex-
<br /> tended, to a point 20 feet, more or less, north
<br /> of TEMPLE DRIVE, extended; an easement acquired
<br /> for these purposes , from the intersection of
<br /> CRESCENT AVENUE and COLUMBIA AVENUE to a point
<br /> 320 feet, more or less , south east of the inter-
<br /> section of CRESCENT AVENUE and COLUMBIA AVENUE;
<br /> an easement between ALGER AVENUE and SILVERTIP
<br /> LANE, from the intersection of CRESCENT AVENUE
<br /> and 46TH STREET, to a point 120 feet, more cz
<br /> lees, south of the intersection of CRESCENT
<br /> AVENUE and 46TH STREET.
<br /> Such trunks, laterals and property service lines shall be connected
<br /> one to another and to the existing trunk sewer at a point near the
<br /> intersection of CON.NERCIAL AVENUE and 46TH STREET.
<br /> D. The city shall acquire, construct and install six
<br /> (6) inch diameter service lines from the trunks and laterals provided
<br /> 8 .
