City of Everett <br /> Fire Administration Building Tenant Improvements Addendum No.3 - <br /> Section 00 52 13 -Agreement Form <br /> 1. Remove and Replace with revised Section 00 52 13 (Rev A). Note the following changes to <br /> revised agreement form: <br /> 2. Paragraph 1. Contract Documents, I. Other documents described as Contract Documents in <br /> Section 072000, General Conditions—revised to read, Other documents described as Contract <br /> Documents in Section 00 72 00, General Conditions <br /> 3. Paragraph 3. Liquidated Damages—Note change: For failure to achieve Substantial <br /> Completion by the Substantial Completion date stated above,the Contractor shall pay <br /> liquidated damages to the City computed at the daily rate of five percent (5%) of the Contract <br /> Sum multiplied by the number of days that it took the Contractor to achieve Substantial <br /> Completion that exceeds Contract Time divided by the number of days of Contract Time stated <br /> above. Once Substantial Completion is achieved,for failure to achieve Physical Completion by <br /> the Physical Completion stated above,the Contractor shall pay liquidated damages at the daily <br /> rate to five percent (5%) of the liquidated damages rate applicable to delays to Substantial <br /> Completion. <br /> Project Manual Volume 1 Architectural: <br /> Section 05 50 00— Metal Fabrications <br /> 1. Article 1.10.B. Delete this article. The new bollards are not bolted by a plate to a concrete <br /> slab.
