The following "Special Conditions" shall supplement the General Conditions and shall <br /> become a part of this contract: <br /> 1.2 BUILDER'S RISK <br /> A. Revise General Conditions 15.3.14.2 Builder's Risk to read as follows: The Contractor <br /> shall provide property insurance under an "All Risk Builder's form in an amount equal to <br /> the value of the improvements. (Base Bid) <br /> PART 2 - BASLINE COVID-19 REQUIREMENT (Supplemental Section 00 72 00 by adding <br /> the following): <br /> 2.1 Definitions: <br /> COVID-19: Disease related to the novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2),which is the subject <br /> of the Governor' Inslee's proclamation dated February 29, 2020, and subsequent <br /> proclamations. <br /> COVID-19 Requirements:All governmental laws, regulations, requirements, and orders <br /> relating to COVID-19, including without limitation OSHA, L&I or other safety rules relating <br /> to COVID-19 and COVID-19 gubernatorial proclamations and orders. <br /> Baseline COVID-19 Requirements: These include Governor Inslee's "Phase 1 <br /> Construction Restart COVID-19 Job Site Requirements", which is available at <br /> https://www.governor.wa.gov/sites/default/files/Phase%201%20Construction%2000VI <br /> D- <br /> 19%20Safety%20Requirements%20%28fina1%29.pdf?utm medium=email&utm sourc <br /> e=govdelivery.
