<br /> 1.5 Payment History
<br /> Purpose
<br /> The primary feature for employees is the ability to view their payment history and print
<br /> their pay stubs.The payment history page displays recent transactions.
<br /> Requirements
<br /> Employee's click on the Payment History link and are presented with a list of 'recent'
<br /> payment information.
<br /> The list can be restricted by Date -e.g. a payment must have occurred after go live of
<br /> ESS and payments as old as two years are presented.
<br /> The payment list contains all remuneration paid to the employee, whether it is regular
<br /> payroll deposit or manual/additional payments/checks.
<br /> The grid used to display the payments can be sorted or filtered on any column presented.
<br /> Transactions in the grid link to an Actuate/Cognos driven report that is presented to the
<br /> use in PDF format.
