Currently the pin/password creation is done by administrators and allows for control over
<br /> access of ESS by an employee. Removing or changing an employee's password prevents
<br /> access.
<br /> The Pin/Password generation can be standardized by concatenation of personal
<br /> employee information i.e. Last 4 digits of SSN number+ last 4 of home phone number....
<br /> The Pin/password field is held on the employee master and Is only viewable to HR secured
<br /> employees
<br /> Access can be restricted to Employee type or status, i.e. preventing terminated
<br /> employees from accessing.
<br /> All features outlined beyond this point require employee login. There are no features
<br /> available outside of login.
