A diagrammatic plan showing the extent of work has also been
added to A1.0. Parking calculations are outside the scope of this permit
application. No parking changes are proposed.
b) No changes or alterations in occupancy are proposed. This has been clarified in
the project description on A1.0
c)This project is voluntary to improve the accessibility of the property. This has
been added to the project description on A1.0
d) Informational comment, no revision required
2.. (see no. 3 below)
3. Please see new sheet A2.0 -Construction plan. New/Existing/Demolished scope
is shown per your comment.
4. Reference site plan has been added to A1.0
Accessibility
1. The entirety of the accessible route, including the club house (with entry located) is
shown on a new sheet A2.0-Construction plan. The intended scope is to provide
accessible access only up to the existing door. A previous note on A1.1 (now also
shown on A2.0) requires confirmation that the existing path meets the requirements
of a walking surface. We have added the surveyed finish floor height to A2.0 but
are not sure that a section would add any additional information.
