Additional revisions or additions may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />(2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br />State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br />City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two new copies of any pages modified as a result <br />of changes due to corrections of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. <br />1. The Roof Plan show two drains located in the same place. The plans do not identify <br />which is the roof drain and which is the overflow. The foundation plan shows one drain <br />feeding down to a foundation. Drains shown on grid 4-C and 4-E do not show how <br />runoff is directed. Please clarify how the roof drains that are shown going down to a <br />footing that supports roof beams are tied into the drainage system.
