e_ <br />r <br />flow line located 2 inches (51 mm) above the low point of the roof, or overflow scuppers <br />having three times the size of the roof drains and having a minimum opening height of 4 <br />inches (102 mm) shall be installed in the adjacent parapet walls with the inlet flow <br />located 2 inches (51 mm) above the low point of the roof served. The installation and <br />sizing of overflow drains, leaders and conductors shall comply with Sections 1106 and <br />1108 as applicable of the International Plumbing Code. <br />Overflow drains shall discharge to an approved location and shall not be connected to <br />roof drain lines. <br />2. The high Glue -Laminated Beam (MM BM#2) located on grid line 4 appears to be almost <br />12 feet longer than the roof that it supports with no visible support at the east end. <br />Please clarify. <br />3. The beam at the west end of the high beam on grid line 4 is not identified. <br />4. Provide minimum 50 CFM fan in Master Bathroom in the vicinity of the free standing tub. <br />5. Specify which options from Table 406.2 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC) you are <br />using to get the required 1.5 credits. Identify the option and all of the requirements of <br />the option chosen. <br />6. Specify how you are complying with the requirements of Section M1507.3 for Whole <br />House Ventilation System. Show the requirements of the system chosen do not simply <br />reference the code section. <br />7.
