The regular Administrative session of the <br /> City Council was held October 2,1915,at 10:30 A.M. <br /> with layer Clay in the Chair ant Commissioners Clay,Kelly <br /> ant salter present at roll call. <br /> On motion minutes approved as of record. <br /> moved by Clay,seconded by salter,that hear— <br /> Ing on the proposed improvement or Friday Avenue,etc.be <br /> continued to October 5th at 10:30 A.M. <br /> Carried unanimously • <br /> Moved by Clay,seconded by Salter,that <br /> the City C1erk be instructed to t U.S.Engin <br />• ,erring I1vof the War Dept.to remove the old piling stand <br /> ins outside of pier head line east end of Hewitt-Avenue <br /> where new municipal lock is being constructed. <br /> Carried.unanimously <br /> Moved by Kelly,seconded by salter that <br /> report of Police Captain for the month of septeaber,1915, <br /> be accepted and planet in rile. <br /> Carried unanimously <br /> Moved by Clay.seconded by Kelly,that City <br /> attorney be instructed to prepare an ordlnence prohibiting <br /> the keeping of poultry nearer than 15 feet of any occupied <br /> dwelling. <br /> Carried unanimously <br /> Resolution to.2283—by Kelly <br /> HE IT RESOLVED BY T.CITY COUNCIL OF TOE <br /> CITY Cr EVEEE ,that a proposed ams ent to the city <br />• Charter of the city of Everett,as hereinafter set forth <br />
