February 19, 2014 <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Roberts commented on The Boeing Company <br /> announcement and congratulated Mayor Stephanson for his leadership. <br /> Council Member Roberts also commented he is scheduled to attend a <br /> reception in Olympia tomorrow in support of the Economic Alliance <br /> Snohomish County regional agenda. Additionally, he reported on the work <br /> that continues on Sound Transit ST3 planning. <br /> Council Member Anderson provided a liaison update on the Public <br /> Facilities District Board meeting held today. He also commented on his <br /> attendance at the Everett Police Department Awards Ceremony today and <br /> stated it was an honor to be there. <br /> Council Member Bader provided a liaison update on the Library Board of <br /> Trustees meeting he attended last evening. <br /> President Moore also thanked Mayor Stephanson for his hard work that <br /> led to The Boeing Company announcements this year. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> The City Attorney had no comments. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Michelle Murphy, Everett, commented on the installation of a backwater <br /> valve on her property and asked City Council to ensure that the City is <br /> performing the installation per uniform plumbing code requirements. <br /> CAO/CFO, Debra Bryant, stated she would work with the Public Works <br /> Department to do some background research and report back to the <br /> Council. <br /> 35 <br />
