Supply of Water: The Utility shat'.,from the date of initial delivery to the expiration of this contract,supply the water re- quirements of the development and of the tenants of the Development. 2. Determination of Date of.Initial Delivery: The date of initial delivery hereunder shall be the dateon which the UL111 ty 1a first required to furnish water to the Development under the terms of this contract. 3.
