Amendment of Contract: Nothing in this contract shall be deemed o nstrued t preclude the Government ami the Utility from oheng ingamending,.o revising the rates agreed to herein,provided the parties hereto shall mutually agreeupoo shad cheese,amendment or revision. Reading of Meters: The meters and metering equipment and instru menta shall be read monthly by a representative of the Utility and a II representative of the Commissioner.
