He asked City Council author- <br /> ieation to hold a parade on April 26,n1975 for the celebration. <br /> Moved by Counci.an AldcrOft and seconded by Councilman Lailgus to authorize <br /> the American Legion to hold a parade on April 26,1975 subject to proper <br /> authordzation by the city departments. <br /> Roll was called with all Councilman voting yes. <br /> Motion Carried <br /> .APPEALS BOARD <br /> Al Hendricks,City Attor/ay explained that this board was the combination <br /> of segenal_boards such as;The Housing,fin...,and Elecrical boards. <br /> Courailman Ebert-stated that she felt there should also be at representative <br /> of the ordinary worker rather than all ixecutive-personnel. <br /> ANIMAL SHELTER-. <br /> Chief Ed Sylte stated that some of the areas of concern expressed by the <br /> Council have been looked into as follows: <br /> 1.
