Supportive arms,such as Auxiliary Services a.•Staff Services Divisions, <br /> will continue operations essentially as they have in the past. • <br /> Two 10-man•operational field teams and officers will patrol and do most <br /> investigative work. The City will be divided into north and south sec- <br /> • tors and the teams wi11 stick pretty much to their own areas. <br /> Team leaders will assign uniform.or street-clothed officers to patrol, <br /> • traffic,investigative work,or do specia.1 problem area, <br /> ddent The Operational Support Team(a smaller detective unit than the current <br /> ONE)will be called in only to assist special inve,igations,such as <br /> homicide,or to perform other specialized investigative work such as <br /> narcotics,gambling and vice. <br />
