The owner had taken out a permit to 7 <br /> join the two houses together on one single foundation a.make it into 1 <br /> a duplex. The permit ran out and he.en took out another permit which <br /> has expir.also but no work has been done on the structures. Mr.Royce <br /> requested adoption of the resolution authorizing demolition of the <br /> structures. , <br /> Mr.Sears appeared a.requested an extension of sixty days to remodel i',1' <br /> this property.
