He said the 201 Study was a sewer plan <br /> study encompassing Everett plus nine other sewer purveyors at the most <br /> coat effective means of collecting ath purveying sewage. <br /> He then introduced Jerry Rasmussen,the project manager,who reviewed <br /> alternatives as presented to other agencies such es Lake Stevens,Mukil- <br /> teo,Marysville,etc. <br /> said that the present sewer lagoon does not and cannot meet the feder- <br /> al waste water effluent requirements that will take effect in July of this <br /> ythr. All of the agencies had been contacted and a representative from <br /> each would he maeting on the 23rd of this month to make a final decision <br /> on the six most cost-effective alternatives.
