Motion Carried GRANT APPLICATION Councilman Aldcroft said it had just come to his attention that a grant would be avadlable from UMTA through PSGC as of July 1,19,for trarmit funds. He then made a motion that was seconded by Councilman Juckett to request the administration to apply for a$16,000 grant Gb wrA through the PS.to make a planned study with the goal in mind of com- bining the oity's transit system with the school district bus systent Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except Councilman Michel- son who voted no. Motion Carried PSC.POLICY AND GOALS REPORT Councilman Juekett reported that the Community Development Study Commit- tee created by the city council had held six meetings to consider the Puget Sound Council of Government proposed goals and policies for re- ! gional development. He reviewed how the committee had recommended chan- ges,deletions and additions on jmdividual goals and policies in the document.
