The PUD will preserve a right-of-way corridor of at least 100 <br /> feet in width for the ultimate purpose of an access between 20th Ave.W. <br /> and proposed 75th St.S.W. <br /> 2) The PUD will cooperate with the property owners to the east of 20th <br /> AVe.W.in the development of 75th St.S.W.and a connecting link to <br /> 80th St.5.W.and will not protest or otherwise obstruct the formation <br /> of L/D's or other means of funding such improvements. <br /> 1) The PUD shall cooperate in developzmnt of future directional ramps <br /> and interchange improvements as needed to eliminate traffic congestion <br /> and safety hazards fox access to 20th Ave.W.and shall not protest or <br /> otherwise obstruct the formation of LID's or other means of funding snch <br /> improvements. <br /> 4) The PUD will make available property as needed to develop both the <br /> road network east of 20th Ave.W. (item 2 above)and the future direction- <br /> al ramps for access to 20th Ave.W. (item 3 above). The PUD will be given <br /> credit or compensated for any taking or damages caused thereby. <br /> 5) The POD shall participate(on a pro-rata basis)in the installation <br /> of a future traffic signal at the intersection of the access road and <br /> 20th Ave.W. (at the existing Boeing North Perimeter Road intersection)L <br /> 6) If the existing streets within the PUD property are vacated,the PUD <br /> shall dedicate a new right-of-way along the easterly property line,of : <br /> an area not less than the vacated right-of-way for the development of ' <br /> appropriate street and utility improvements. <br /> 7) If vacation of 18th Ave.W.is approved by the City,the PUD shall <br /> be allowed to relocate the existing water main at its own cost and with- <br /> r.a'oT rslart!yhlaroZZ:Ziaslao=aag=alat::::atair=yi:n:ata <br /> the PUD. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except Councilman Lang-us.. <br /> who was excused. <br /> motion Carried <br /> ,g <br /> "; • <br />
