T'IMM February 15,1978 • SHORELINE PERMIT(CB782-43) Reid Shockey reported the Planning Commission had received a request for a shoreline permit from Scott Paper Company for the construction of•a mill effluent treatment facility on approximately five acres at 23rd and Norton just north of the Naval Reserve facility. The Planning Commission held a public hearing on February 8th and voted to approve the shoreline permit, subject to five conditions. He recommended concurrence by the council. Moved by Councilman•Aldcroft,Seconded by Councilman Pope to authorize the issuance of a shoreline permit for Scott Paper to construct a waste water treatment facility at 23rd and Norton,subject to the five conditions set forth by the Planning Commission.
