<br /> Grant funds shall be as follows:

<br /> Secomd priority shall be to improve major or area-wide public
<br /> utility services,such as, ater/sewer trunk lines,drainage A.
<br /> facilities,streets,solid waste disposal facilities and infra-
<br /> structure improvements that rhet the objectives of the Block
<br /> Grant program.
<br /> Third priority shall be to provide or improve City-wide or area-
<br /> wide public community facilities and equipment. Subpriorities
<br /> shall be:
<br /> a. Facilities or equipment that enhance the educational, 11'(
<br /> health,and social service opportunities of low and mod- i,1''''):
<br /> erate income residents.

<br /> b. Facilities that enhance the recreational opportunities of
<br /> identifiable segments of the low-income population(seniors,

<br /> redevelopment activities. Sub-priorities shall he:
