Roll was called on.the:motion to close the public hearing with all Councilmen voting yes,except Councilman Overstreet,who voted no, and Councilman Langas,who wan exss ed Motion Carried 1 Moved by Cotmcilman Michelson,seconded by Councilman Aldcroft,to direct the Attorney to prepare an ordinance vacating Upper Ridge Road and that it be relocated as per Alternative B. Roll was called with all Councilmen voting yes,except Councilman Overstreet,who voted no,and Councilman Langan,who was excused. Motion Carried BIDS RECEIVED-(CB 813-109) It war.reported only one bid had been received for the Silver Lake 1 Coven:at Station. This was from Super Secure Manufacturing ComPanY at their bid of 523,760.00 plus sales tax. Recommendation is to award to this company. BIC AWARDED Moved by Councilman Aldcroft,seconded by Councilman Pope,to concur in the recommendation and award the bid for the Silver Lake Comfort Station to the only bidder super Secure Manufacturing ca.Paar the bid of$25,019.28,including sales tax. Roll was call.with all Councilmen voting yes,except Councilmen Langus, 9 who was excused,and Councilman Michelson,who was absent. Motion Carried CHANGE ORDER-LOWLY PARK PICNIC SHELTER-(CB 013-110) Moved by Councilman Pope,seconded by Councilman Aldcroft,to approve Change Order dl in the amount of$1,200.00 to the contract of Projects Unlimited,Inc.for construction of the Lowell Park Picnic Shelter. Roll was called all Councilmen voting yes,except Councilman Langan, who was excused,and Councilman Michelson,who was absent. Motion Carried
