He wes , <br /> also asking that the applicant be denied the variance on Ne reduction I' <br /> of the setback requirements on tbe vest property line. <br /> sc.Derickson,of the Planning Department,felt the Council should ' <br /> • hear the applicant and then possibly cbange one or two of the <br /> conditions.
