They have no desire to contact to 23rd or 24.Avenue I and any road except to 100th St.or 19.AV8.S.E. i I councilman Alderoft objected to a residential zone adjacent to I 19th Ave.as he felt this was not proper designation. councilman Lamas said he wanted a guarantee that the development would be an attractive development to the neighborhood and Mr. Shockey said the site plan,etc.,and.all of the regulations would stipulate this. He also said they were agreeable to a. . rezone k-3 which contract,no developmant without a site plan and at whatever density the Council decides. E. Tack Alkire,representing the Everett School District,said that L'5 no SEPA checklist was issued and they were objecting to this her because the 100th St.problem has not been addressed. He saad the.was presently a problem because of the many school bus trips on this street and the children in the area and this would 3 only add to it. Councilman Gipson asked why he felt this was going to be an additional problem and how could it be salved , because he admitted himself the school district was causing a problem now. Mr.Alkire replied he felt 100th St.had not been dal, analyzed for the future under this proposed development. • Councilman Aldosoft then asked if the school board had actually voted on this proposal and Mr.Alkire said the board had taken no stand on this development.
