Roll was call.with all Councilmen voting yes,except Councilman Michelson,who abstained from voting. Motion Carried 2 , • MAYOR'S COMMENTS Mayor Moore reported he had received a request from.e Traffic Engineer to change parking on Colby betwe.Pacific and Wall to 2-hour on a trial basis. At the present time it is posted 1-hour parking. Councilman Stephenson then comm..that it has been brought to 2 hie attention that a traffic ha.up occurs when vehicles are kraiting make a left turn on Everett Avenue.
