Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Minutes of the meeting held March 11,1983,were approved as Printed <br /> with Councilman Overstreet abstaining from voting. <br /> PRESIDENT S COMMENTS <br /> President Pope announced to the audience that those present for the <br /> public hearing on the final assesament roll ordinance for UL/D 01 should <br /> make note that there are ot e s to be taken care of before t,s one. <br /> However,he would hope that Council would be discussing Item#12 on or <br />, I about 9:00. <br /> PROCIJUiATIONS <br /> Mayor Moore issued a proclamation honoring Rosalynn Sumners for her <br /> accomplishment in finishing first place in the women's division of the <br /> World Figure Skating Championship. <br /> He then proclaimed March 16,1903 as"Everett High School Girls'Basket- <br /> ball Team Day,honoring the team and coach for an outstanding season and <br /> for representing their school and the community in such a fine way. <br /> r I .
