The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 7;00 p.m.,March 16,1983,in the Council Chambers of the Everett city Hall,President Pope presiding. Upon roll call it was found that Mayor Minutes of the meeting held March 11,1983,were approved as Printed with Councilman Overstreet abstaining from voting. PRESIDENT S COMMENTS President Pope announced to the audience that those present for the public hearing on the final assesament roll ordinance for UL/D 01 should make note that there are ot e s to be taken care of before t,s one. However,he would hope that Council would be discussing Item#12 on or , I about 9:00. PROCIJUiATIONS Mayor Moore issued a proclamation honoring Rosalynn Sumners for her accomplishment in finishing first place in the women's division of the World Figure Skating Championship. He then proclaimed March 16,1903 as"Everett High School Girls'Basket- ball Team Day,honoring the team and coach for an outstanding season and for representing their school and the community in such a fine way. r I .
