He explained the methods and data used as <br /> a baeie for this study and search for a recommended site. He <br /> spoke of the need for a 700-eeat theater,museum,meeting rooms 46.13 <br /> and public space. Ne site selection process produced a list of <br /> 28,which was narrowed to 4,after it was determined that it should f: <br /> be located in the down-teem area. <br /> oh PrNe sites include property next <br /> to e Masonic Temple,half-block on Hoyt between California and <br /> Hewitt,several sites near the Everett Public Library and <br /> perhaps one next to City Hall.
